“I'm using a BD-C5000 bluray player and I frequently stream MKV videos however what gets me is the Subtitles and language preference features do not work. Yes I did double check and there are srt subtitles in the MKV files. I tested this with about 20 MKV videos and the same happens with all of them. I am using Samsung Pc Share Manager to stream my content from computer to bluray player. I tried streaming through Serviio. Works with MKV but subtitles & language preference isn't working. Tried using PS3 media share however it will not play MKV videos in general. ” In my opinion, Blu-ray player may not recognize external subtitle files. You may need to force the subs and audios into MKV files. Step1. Import YouTube video into YouTube to MKV converterRun YouTube to MKV converter, click “Add” button or directly drag and drop YouTube videos into the program. Convert YouTube to MKV After all above have been accomplished, return to the home interface and click “Convert” button to start to convert YouTube videos to MKV.
